Before you arrive
- Come with clean skin if possible — makeup will be removed during facials.
- Avoid retinoids 3–5 days before microchanneling, dermaplaning, or chemical peels.
- Hair should be at least ¼ inch long for waxing services.
- Arrive 5 minutes early so we can begin on time.
Cancellation policy
A 30% charge applies for any cancellation considered a no-show or made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. We appreciate your understanding — late notice prevents another guest from booking that time.
